4.1 Submit > Lender

it is at this stage that we upload the loan offer documents to your portal. we confirm a time to meet with you to review the documents and answer any questions before you sign. in circumstances where a lender requires a wet signature (will not accept a digital signature), we will send a printed copy of the loan offer documents to you via express post.

4.10 Documents Signed & Returned

4.12 Settlement Booked

it is at this stage, approximately a week before your settlement date, that we confirm your settlement booking with your lender and conveyancer/solicitor.

4.13 Settle

it is at this stage that we congratulate you and confirm with your lender and conveyancer/solicitor that settlement is completed and relay this back to you. at the same time we will walk you through your loan details and what you should expect the next steps to be.
